What Portura is, how fast you can launch, and how publishing works.
What is Portura?
Portura is an AI career platform. Build and publish a portfolio, save job descriptions, score your fit, generate tailored resume and cover letter PDFs, and track engagement—all from one workspace.
How fast can I launch?
Most people publish a first version in under an hour: import a resume or add projects, pick a persona theme, run a Mira polish pass, and publish when ready.
Can I import from my resume?
Yes. Upload your resume during onboarding or from the editor. Portura structures About, Experience, Skills, and other sections automatically, then AI can refine the copy.
How do updates work after publishing?
Edit any section and republish in seconds. Changes go live on your public URL immediately. AI can rewrite or reorganize content without resetting your theme.
How do I sign in?
Use email and password, or sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. OAuth connects your account without a separate Portura password.
Are Portura pages responsive?
Yes. Portfolios use mobile-first layouts that look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. The theme editor previews how sections adapt at different widths.

Free, Pro, and Plus, tokens, storage, and subscriptions.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Sign up free, publish a portfolio, and use your 50,000-token sign-up bonus. Pro unlocks job-match AI, cover letters, advanced analytics, custom domains, and higher media storage. Plus unlocks multiple portfolios and extra pages. See the Pricing page for current plan details.
What are tokens and how do they work?
Tokens are usage credits for text AI features—copy polish, Theme Designer, job-match scoring, resume generation, and Mira review. New free accounts receive a one-time token allowance at signup. Pro and Plus include a monthly token allowance that resets each billing cycle; Plus includes a larger grant than Pro. When allowance runs out, usage continues from account credit (USD) you can add in Settings. Image generation always uses account credit. Purchased credit is non-refundable except where required by law.
What are the media storage limits?
Each plan includes a total quota for media uploaded through Portura (portfolio images, videos, PDFs, avatars, theme backgrounds). Free includes 250 MB; Pro includes 2 GB; Plus includes 25 GB. Individual videos can be up to 100 MB on Free and 500 MB on Pro and Plus. Usage appears in Settings → Billing. Generated resume or cover letter PDFs not stored on our media provider are excluded.
Can I have multiple portfolios?
Free and Pro include one portfolio each. Plus includes up to five—useful for different personas, client-facing vs job-hunt versions, or industry-specific stories.
Can I have more than one page on my portfolio?
Free and Pro publish one long-scroll Home page at /p/{slug}. Plus lets you add extra pages (up to 8 total, including Home) at /p/{slug}/{page}. Plus can show the same extra section on more than one page; original singleton sections stay on one page. Custom domains stay on Pro; nested /{page} on a custom host is Plus. Extra pages stay in your theme if you leave Plus, but public extra URLs redirect to Home.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Access continues through the end of your billing period. Your portfolios remain available; paid entitlements revert when the period ends.

AI & Mira
How AI assists with copy, themes, reviews, and chat.
How does the AI help me build my portfolio?
AI suggests layouts and themes, improves copy for About, Projects, and Experience, restructures bullets, and highlights gaps. Mira can review your whole portfolio and propose structured edits you accept or discard one at a time.
What is Theme Designer AI?
A short wizard (vibe, color mode, density) that clones a recommended persona base theme, then generates colors, typography, spacing, and up to three layout overrides matched to your portfolio category. Default generate keeps your pages and section placements. Turn on Recompose site only if you want a new composition plan.
Can I chat with my portfolio?
Yes. Mira answers questions about your projects, experience, and skills while you edit. On public portfolios, visitors can chat for context too—Pro lets you hide visitor chat on custom domains.
What is portfolio review?
Mira analyzes your published content and returns structured change proposals—specific field edits you can apply in one click rather than vague suggestions.

Do you offer templates and themes?
Yes—fourteen persona theme families (Tech, Studio, Lens, Showcase, and more) with color variants. Customize every section in the theme editor, or start with Theme Designer AI.
Is Portura SEO-friendly?
Yes. Public portfolios use server-rendered HTML, generated canonical URLs, structured data, and automatic Open Graph and Twitter metadata. Pro and Plus can customize or AI-generate the search title and description, sharing image, and favicon; Plus can also override metadata for each extra page.
How do projects and media work?
Projects support descriptions, links, and lead images. Gallery, services, testimonials, embeds, and content blocks extend the story. Reorder gallery tiles, project cards, and similar items in the portfolio editor. Change page section order, move sections, or share extras in Theme Layers. Open the Help Center and read Portfolio editor → Compose your portfolio or Themes → Layers and section order.
Can I add extra galleries or project lists?
Plus can add extra galleries and project lists from Additional sections (up to 8 of each). Free and Pro keep the original gallery and project list on Home. Plus can show the same extra section on more than one page. Original singleton sections stay on one page. Open the Help Center and read Portfolio editor → Compose your portfolio, or go to /help/portfolio-editor/compose-your-portfolio.
Do clients, team, and pricing sections include checkout?
No. Clients, team, and pricing are display-only sections for logos, people, and plan cards. There is no cart, checkout, or payment collection. These sections are Plus. Open the Help Center and read Portfolio editor → Clients, team, and pricing, or go to /help/portfolio-editor/clients-team-and-pricing.
Can I embed Calendly, video, or design files?
Yes, on Pro. Add embed blocks for Calendly, YouTube, Figma, Notion, Typeform, Spotify, Matterport, Kuula, CloudPano, and many other providers directly on your portfolio.
Does Portura support contact forms?
Yes. Every plan includes reserved Name, Email, Phone, and Message fields. Plus can add custom fields (Text, Email, Phone, URL, Long text, Dropdown, Checkbox). File uploads, hidden fields, and CRM connections are not available. Submissions arrive in your email or the Portura Conversations inbox. Open the Help Center and read Portfolio editor → Custom contact forms, or go to /help/portfolio-editor/custom-contact-forms.
Does Portura support multiple languages?
You can add multilingual content in portfolio sections. The Portura app UI is English-only today.

What is the Job Descriptions workspace?
Save job postings you are targeting, run match scores against a portfolio, view match history over time, and generate JD-tailored resume or cover letter PDFs from the same workspace.
What is AI job-fit analysis?
Paste or save a job description to get a match score with strengths, gaps, and targeted suggestions. Pro includes match history and trend deltas so you can track improvement after each edit.
Can Portura tailor my resume or cover letter?
Yes. From a saved job description, generate a resume PDF customized to that role. Cover letter PDFs are available on Pro. Both pull from your portfolio profile and the JD keywords.
What are improve proposals?
After a match score run, Mira can suggest specific portfolio edits to close gaps for that job—separate from the score itself so you control token usage.
Can recruiters search and evaluate candidates?
Signed-in users can search public portfolios with natural-language queries. A dedicated recruiter product with ranking and outreach is on the roadmap—today, job-fit scoring and portfolio chat are primarily candidate-side features.

What analytics does Portura include?
Pro includes a dashboard with views, traffic trends, scroll depth, section time, CTA clicks, external link clicks, geo and device breakdowns, and Mira chat stats.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro. Connect a custom domain with automatic HTTPS. Remove Portura branding, hide visitor Mira chat, and use an editable portfolio slug on your domain.
Can I hide my portfolio from search engines?
Yes. Portfolio privacy settings let you discourage indexing. Pro also supports hiding from Portura’s internal portfolio search.
Can I export my content?
Share your public portfolio link anytime. Export resume and cover letter PDFs generated from your profile. You own your content and can remove it from Portura when you choose.

Is my data private?
Your content is yours. We use it only to power features you enable and to render your pages. See our Privacy Policy for processors (Cloudinary, Stripe, auth providers) and your rights.
What is the Conversations inbox?
When visitors submit your contact form or chat with your portfolio, messages can land in Portura Conversations—a single inbox inside the app alongside email notifications.
Who can I contact for help?
